1.General Duty Assistant

General Duty Assistant(GDA) is also known as Nursing Care Assistants, Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides in a hospital setting. General Duty Assistant provide patients daily care, patients comfort, patients safety and assist the patient to meet their health needs. They should practice infection control policy and know right methods of bio medical waste management. GDA works in collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver the prescribed healthcare services to their patients. General Duty Assistants should demonstrate basic patient care skills, communication skills, and ethical behavior at all times. He / She should know their work limits and maintains work operations by following policies and procedures. GDA has many career options and can grow to take on more responsibility, similar to an entry level nurse, work independently as a home nurse.

2.Frontline Health Worker

Frontline health workers provide life-saving services directly to communities, where they are needed more, especially in remote and rural areas. Frontline health workers help bridge the gap. Preventative care is where frontline health workers can potentially be the most effective. Frontline health workers can serve as a connector between the past and the present. Improving access to health workers with the right skills, in the right numbers, and in the right places is crucial to health progress.

3.Pharmacy Assistant

Pharmacy Assistant support pharmacist in maintaining records of medicine and storage. He able to know about the Equipment storage, Drug supply and inventory management, Dispensing of Prescription, fundamentals of Pharmacology, Pharmacy Law and Ethics as well as roles and responsibilities of Pharmacy assistant.

4.Dental Assistant

They may support a dental operator (such as a dentist or other treating dental auxiliary) in providing more efficient dental treatment. The dental assistant's role is often thought to be to support the dental operator by typically passing instruments during clinical procedures. However, in fact, their role extends much further to include: providing patients help with their oral hygiene skills, preparing the patient for treatment, sterilising instruments, assisting during general anaesthetic dental procedures, positioning suction devices, exposing dental radiographs, taking dental impressions, recording patient notes and administration roles such as scheduling appointments.

5.Radiology Technician

They work under a radiologist's supervision and candidate will be able to take care of emergency, Use of Ultrasound machine, Precautions and safety when operating the Ultrasound Machines, Radioactivity, Developing film, Dark room technique, film Processing etc.

6.X-Ray Technician

X ray technicians who take diagnostic images of patients that are not limited to x-rays only but can also include MRI and CT scans. They work under a x ray technologists and candidate will be able to take care of emergency, Use of X-ray machine, Precautions & safety when operating the X ray, Radioactivity, Developing X-ray film, Dark room technique, Automatic X-ray Film Processing etc.

7.Vision Technician/ Optometric technicians

Work under the supervision and guidance of an optometrist. Optometric technicians, or opticians, assist optometrists with providing vision correction to patients. He would able to know the Basic Optics, Ophthalmic Disorders & its Management, Ophthalmic Equipment, Administrative Functions of Vision Technician, Vision Assessment and Patient Education & Health Promotion in Eye Care. He is involved in assisting with patient eye care and examination, helping with the maintenance of patient records and handling some technical duties involving equipment and eyeglass preparation.

8.Operation Theater Technician (O.T.)

After successful completion of the training candidate will be able to take care of emergency conditions of the patients. How to Organize operation theatre & assist, Emergencies in OT, Central oxygen supply, Vacuum system, Maintenance of Personal Hygiene, Oxygen Therapy, 4 parameter Monitor evaluation, Suction Machine operation, Bandages, Handling Various OT Instruments, Method of using various antiseptics, Correct technique of gowning, Method of Sterilization, Concept of emergency drugs, Anaesthetic Techniques & Anesthesiology Equipment, Linen requirements of OT, Arranging of surgical equipment trays. Ensure change rooms are clean with enough supply of scrub suits/ caps/ masks for the day.

9.Medical Lab Technician (M.L.T.)

After successful completion of the training candidate will be able to Techniques & Labeling of the Sample, Preparation of anticoagulants, RBC, WBC, platelet count, CBC & complete Haemogram, ESR estimation, PCV, Urine Examination, Blood collection, Biochemistry Laboratory Analysis, Semi-Auto Analyzer handling, Colorimeter estimation, Microtome use & Histopathology Slide preparation, Microbiological Test, Clinical Pathological Tests, Haematological estimations, Qualitative identification of Blood Sugar, Proteins, Glucose Tolerance Test, Stool, Biological fluids examination, Knowledge on Vacutainer, Channel set-up, etc.
